Happy National Margarita Day! Observed every year on February 22nd, cantinas across the country will be celebrating, including many of Wyoming's best mexican restaurants.

Guadalara is one of the most popular restaurants in the Cowboy State, with four locations in Casper, Cheyenne and Wheatland. They have 16 house margaritas on the menu, along with 12 different flavors ranging from coconut to cucumber.

Another local favorite in Casper is La Cocina, which is well known for their Mango Strawberry Margarita.

Las Margaritas in Gillette is also regionally renowned for their creative concoctions. The Bartender's Special comes with cranberry juice and a float of Grand Marinier.

The cervezas and margaritas are always flowing at Corona Village in Laramie. Their Taco Tuesday Top Shelf margaritas are a rite of passage for students at the University of Wyoming.

Merry Piglets in Jackson is an institution. Family-owned for nearly 50 years, their house specialty is the Big Pig. Served in a 64 oz. bowl, it's so big, you have to share it with a friend and they'll cut you off after two.

In nearby Teton Village, the Spur Restaurant is famous for their Spicy Margarita, which is made with Jalepeno-infused tequila.

No list of Wyoming's best margaritas is complete without Los Agaves in Sheridan. Their Cadillac Margarita comes in your choice of colors, Cuervo Gold or Patron Silver. You may need to hand over the keys to the Caddy after a few of these.
