19-year-old Tamara Seiben will graduate from Triumph High School in Cheyenne this weekend. And, while a student graduating high school isn't uncommon, Tamara's story and accomplishments are.

Tamara has been living on her own since the age of 16, according to a gofundme page set up for her. During the emotionally tumultuous time through high school, she has lost both of her parents, as well as, a brother. But she has kept fighting to make it along the way.

Aside from some assistance by an older brother, Tamara has been on her own for three years. She has had to live in 12 different locations during that time. Currently, she works as a waitress in Pine Bluffs six days a week and makes the 40-minute commute every day after school where she usually works until 11 p.m.

Tamara will be the first person in her family to graduate high school Friday, March 24. She hopes to continue her education at Laramie County Community College in the fall if she can save enough money. She hopes to become a Grief Counselor.
