		<description><![CDATA[The Cheyenne City Council held a work session on the proposed Fiscal Year 2013 Budget Friday.  Mayor Rick Kaysen told the council that the total General Fund Budget as proposed for FY 2013 is $49,560,879 a 1.8 percent decrease from the original  FY 2012 budget.
