Last night, Cheyenne Frontier Days folks announced that Florida Georgia Line broke the attendance record for Cheyenne Frontier Days Arena.

Although there were no specific official numbers given at the time they said the arena was sold out. Today, Cheyenne Frontier Days said the official number was 25,011.

The previous record was set by Jason Aldean in 2013, which was listed at near 25,000 attendance (24,457 in ticket sales). Rumor has it that over 60,000 people came to Cheyenne for the show. If that were true, last night left several thousands of people disappointed and without tickets as capacity isn't even half of that number, meaning more people probably missed out than got in.

The question is, Will Jason Aldean regain his throne at CFD in 2017 when he joins us again or is the Florida Georgia Line attendance the new keeper?
