According to a new list ranking the weirdest law in every state, Wyoming's most ridiculous regulation is a rule imposing a $750 fine for anyone who fails to close a fence.

As ludicrous as Wyoming's fence closing law is, it might not be the most outlandish ordinance in the Cowboy State. Along with measures prohibiting fishing with firearms, wearing a hat in a public theater, and skiing drunk, there's even a municipal law in Newcastle, Wyo. that forbids couples from having sex inside a walk-in meat freezer.

Of course, Wyoming isn't the only state with strange laws on the books. In Nebraska, it's illegal for bars to serve cocktails that mix beer and liquor. In Montana, singers are required to finish each song they perform in public. It is also against the law to roll a boulder in the city of Boulder, Colorado. And in Huron, South Dakota, causing static is strictly prohibited between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
