The campers at the fourth annual ACM Lifting Lives Music Camp had nothing but smiles on their faces on Wednesday (June 26) when country star Jake Owen paid them a visit.

As summer begins to wind down, Jake Owen begins to think of anything he can to hold on to the feeling of warm days, lakeside afternoons and barefoot nights. In fact, Own loves summertime so much that he’s willing to put out new summer-themed songs — in September — that he hopes will help listeners hang onto the feeling of warm weather and vacation days all year round. The upcoming summery EP, appropriately called ‘Endless Summer,’ will hit the web and some retailers on Sept. 25.

On Tuesday afternoon (June 19), Jake Owen celebrated his recent chart-topping hit, ‘Alone With You,’ in Nashville. Owen was surrounded by his friends, family and industry peers, who all showed up to support the singer as he continues his steady climb to superstar status.

Following a long night out in his hometown of Vero Beach, Fla. on Cinco de Mayo — which ultimately ended with him being cuffed and detained by police — Jake Owen took to Twitter Sunday morning to apologize for the comments he made while he was worked up about the incident.
