If it's called tourist season, why can't you hunt them? Well, if all people acted like these two looky-loos, natural selection would take care of itself. In this video recorded in Grand Teton National Park, a bear crosses the road. No punchline, a bear literally crosses the road. What is crazy is the two tourists seen on the side of the road. Luckily for them, the bear wasn't that hungry.

The sad part is encounters like this one are way too common. People get dangerously too close to capture that epic shot. For some, it has cost them a hospital visit. As an amateur photographer myself, I understand the desire to get a little closer to get that one of a kind shot, but Wyoming is not a Zoo. It is full of wild animals that, if they wanted to, could eat your face.

I feel that every year around this time, we should rewatch the Hank Patterson guide to Surviving Yellowstone National Park. You are welcome.
