10 Breweries You Have To Sample At Wyo Brew Fest This Weekend
Hi, my name is Jerrad and I love craft beer. Although I'm not a big drinker, I do have one alcohol related habit, I'm a craft beer fanatic.
Some of the finest craft breweries in America will be attending the Wyo Brew Fest in the Cheyenne Depot Plaza this weekend. Brew Fest begins Friday at 5:00 p.m. and again Saturday at 5:00 p.m.
Over 30 different breweries will be on hand, and in my opinion, here are the top 10 you need to say hello to!
Cheyenne's newest brewery! You may have already been there and sampled everything, but it's important to support the local guys at this event. Make sure to try something and give them some feedback. Recommended Beer: Jalepeno Jefe
Another fine Cheyenne brewery. Most residents know Freedom's Edge Brewing Company and what they'll bring, but again I think it's important to support the local guys! Recommended Beer: There beer list is still TBD so I can't tell you yet!
You know Laramie's best coffee comes from Coal Creek, but did you know they have a tap house next door? These guys do equally as good with coffee and craft beer, my two addictions. Recommended Beer: Coal Train
Another Laramie brewery you need to try. Great place to grab a meal and a beer before a Pokes game, too! Recommended Beer: I'm Burning For You
I grew up in Fremont County and this is without a doubt the best County 10 has to offer. Recommended Beer: Atlantic City Gold
One more Wyoming brewery you should support. If you're in Jackson this is a great place to get a burger and a beer. Recommended Beer: Monarch Pilsner
I was so excited one of my favorites from southern California will be here! Check out this San Diego brewery and make it worth there while for coming to Wyoming. Recommended Beer: West Coast IPA
Bend, Oregon's finest. It looks like these guys are bringing a good variety of beer for the weekend, and one of the only nitro's! Recommended Beer: Armory Nitro
These guys are from Fort Collins and in my opinion, one of the most underrated breweries there. If you're into unique beers, they'll have a couple fun ones to try! Recommended Beer(s): I can't pick one here. It's between Trina's Mint Chocolate Stout and Coffee Pale Ale.
I've been a fan of these guys out of Breckenridge for a couple years. Check out some of their high altitude brews. Recommended Beer: Coconut Porter
