Tomorrow, October 11th, Greta is bringing her "Friday's for Future" rally to Denver, according to Westword.

Greta, a climate activist from Sweden, gained worldwide recognition when she attended the United Nations conference about climate. She stood up and had a very powerful speech that touched many people throughout the world.

Greta chose Denver because they had about 5,000 people walk the streets (many of whom were high school age people) of Denver in support of a Climate Strike event on September 20th.

Greta has been speaking in Sweden for a couple of years. In 2018 she started coming to the United States with her the "Friday's for Future" movement.

This is what Greta told Westword, "the eyes of all future generations are upon you. We will not let you get away with this. Right here, right now is where we draw the line. The world is waking up. And change is coming, whether you like it or not."

The rally will begin at 12 pm Friday October 11 at Civic Center Park in Denver.
