Collaborations and emotional ballads were the signatures of the 2019 ACM Awards on Sunday (April 7), but the Top 5 moments from the ACMs go beyond that — although, No. 1 is arguably the No. 1 tearjerker of the night.

Carrie Underwood's playful "Southbound" performance makes our list for being the only ACM performance that started outside of the venue. Maddie & Tae and Runaway June (Underwood's upcoming tourmates) followed as the "Love Wins" singer made her way inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena. She's at No. 3, just ahead of another country female honored not for what she did on stage, but what she did before the show.

Keith Urban won the ACM Award for Entertainer of the Year, so of course he makes this list of the Top 5 moments from the 2019 ACMs. His performance of "Burden" is part of his entry at No. 2. Who's No. 1? Well, this video highlight package is book-ended with emotional moments from the stage — one from a newcomer, and one from a group of country vets.

George Strait, Jason Aldean, Maren Morris and Miranda Lambert's performances just missed this list of the best ACM moments, while Dan + Shay and Kacey Musgraves were two of the big winners who also didn't make the cut. Watch our faves above and check out some of the best ACM fashion below!
