Brooks & Dunn and Midland took their "Boot Scootin' Boogie" out on the town recently, performing their song onstage during an episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Press play above to watch their performance!

The new version of the track features all the rip-roaring, feel-good vibes of the original recording, bolstered by Midland's accompaniments and vocal harmonies. The new version of the track comes off of RebootBrooks & Dunn's new duets project that showcases selections of the iconic duo's catalogue of hits, re-recorded with artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Luke Combs and of course -- in this instance -- Midland.

Reboot celebrates bringing iconic country hits to a new generation of performers. In a recent interview, Brooks & Dunn explained to The Boot that although the project's tracks have all been released in the past, many of their new collaborators contributed a pinch of their own flair. Musgraves' "Neon Moon" was inflected with electronic influences, for example, and Ashley McBryde brought a perspective swap to the table in her treatment of "You're Gonna Miss Me When I'm Gone."

For their part, Midland also added their own touch to the recording by bringing their own instruments into the studio. The "Drinkin' Problem" trio added fresh energy to the Tonight Show performance, too, with frontman Mark Wystrach even kicking off the performance by taking the song's first verse.

Brooks & Dunn released Reboot on April 5, and have since enjoyed delivering live performances of tracks alongside their new collaborators. At the 2019 ACM Awards, the pair tapped Combs to perform their revisited song, "Brand New Man."
