A milling and repaving project in Western Laramie County will cause lane closures on Interstate 80 starting today, according to a release from the Wyoming Department of Transportation.

The work will take place between reference marker 336 near the Laramie/Albany County line and reference marker 341. Both the eastbound and westbound lanes will be affected, according to WYDOT.

The $4.7 million project is expected to be completed by this fall.
