Son of famed country singer, rodeo star, and Wyoming legend, Chris LeDoux, Ned has some big cowboy boots to step into. But he took the challenge by the horns on Friday when he opened up for Toby Keith at Cheyenne Frontier Days. Ned LeDoux played to the huge Cheyenne Frontier Days crowd, and even pulled out his dad's classic song "Western Skies."

"It's good to be home," LeDoux said to the crowd, to huge cheers from the Cheyenne audience.

Ned had the music bug from the very beginning, even touring with his dad's band after his unfortunate passing from cancer in 2005. Cheyenne Frontier Days holds special meaning for the LeDoux family, though, as Chris LeDoux participated in the Daddy of 'em All for years as a rodeo competitor, performed at the Frontier Nights concert series, and is even inducted into the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo Hall of Fame.

Ned's first full studio album released in 2017, and swept the Wyoming Country Music Awards, setting a record for the most wins of any artist in it's inaugural year.
