Flash Flood Warning Issued For Laramie County

Mother Nature was helping to lessen the fire danger over Independence Day weekend with thunderstorms raining on most of the area. A flash flood warning has been issued for Laramie County until 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, July 5.
Laramie River Continues To Rise
The Laramie River remains in minor flood range Wednesday, rising above 8.2 feet.
According to the National Weather Service, the water level may crest at 8.3 feet later today. Anything over 8 feet is considered flood stage.
