Trace Adkins has taken a step toward recovery, checking into rehab after falling off the wagon in his battle with alcoholism. However, a lot remains unclear about a fight that allegedly occurred between the star and an impersonator onboard the Country Cruising ship this week, which may have led him to check into the facility.

It's a boy -- but we already knew that! Love and Theft's Stephen Barker Liles and his fiancée Jenna Kennedy welcomed their first child on Monday (Dec. 2) in Nashville.

Love and Theft member Stephen Barker Liles is expecting a son on Dec. 3, which is coming up quick. He and fiancee Jenna Michelle Kennedy have already taken care of one critical detail regarding their blue bundle of joy-- they know what they plan to name their baby boy when he makes his grand entrance into the world.

It's been a domestic sort of year for the men of Love and Theft. Stephen Barker Liles announced Wednesday (Aug. 28) that he and his fiancee are expecting their first baby later this year. In March, bandmate Eric Gunderson welcomed his first child.

This summer, Love and Theft has been traveling all over the country to open for Tim McGraw's 2 Lanes of Freedom Tour. The experience has proven to be perfect fodder for a music video for the duo's latest single, 'If You Ever Get Lonely.'

'If You Ever Get Lonely,' the new single from Love and Theft, makes vanilla taste like chili powder. The song was previously recorded by former Bad English singer John Waite, and Stephen Barker Liles and Eric Gunderson do little to put their individual marks on the story or production.

After dancing around the No. 1 position on the country singles chart over the past few weeks, Love and Theft finally have locked in the top slot with their hit song, ‘Angel Eyes.’

Love and Theft may have to change their name to Assault & Battery after Eric Gunderson’s run-in with an attempted robber. Gunderson was arrested in March of 2012 after trying to carry a hunting knife through security at the airport, and while doing his community service, had a close call with a criminal.

For Love and Theft, it’s addition by subtraction. The loss of a record label and a band member resulted in a project that is tighter and more accessible than anything on the group’s 2009 debut album. The best songs on ‘Love and Theft‘ are those that tell simple stories and those that rely on simple melodies. That’s most of the album.
