The holiday shopping season is almost upon us, and shoppers will be going out in droves. Even for those not looking to buy gifts, the deals offered on the traditional holiday shopping days are hard to beat. Each of the three shopping holidays: Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday offers different advantages for all shoppers.

The holiday shopping season will kick off with Black Friday, though some stores start offering their Black Friday deals on Thursday evening. Black Friday is best for those that aren't afraid of a crowd, or are willing to get in a knockout, drag down fight for the latest game console or kitchen appliance. An added advantage to shopping Black Friday sales is not having to worry about your items arriving in time to get wrapped and put under the tree.

Small Business Saturday traditionally falls on the Saturday following Black Friday. Shoppers who prefer to support local businesses should be able to find plenty of deals, or at the very least, take pride in supporting hometown business and their local economy.

And last but certainly not least, is Cyber Monday. While it offers neither the instant satisfaction of purchasing and immediate wrapping of the perfect gift, it does offer the comfort of shopping from home. As an added benefit for introverts, it also allows individuals to avoid large crowds and awkward small talk with anyone you'd want to avoid while out and about.
