...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING
TO 6 AM MDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches
  over lower elevations, and 7 to 10 inches over the mountains.
  Winds may gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Bosler, Encampment, Laramie, Rawlins and Saratoga.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes.

* OTHER IMPACTS...Blowing snow may cause reduced visibility and
  drifting on roadways. Conditions will deteriorate rapidly
  behind the cold front as rain changes to snow.
